HOW MINDFULNESS HELPED ME

For years I didn’t know that what I was experiencing had a name. That name is anxiety. I would worry myself sick, stress about everything, and be left wide awake at night.

It wasn’t until I became a yoga instructor, and studied meditation and mindfulness, that I realized it was anxiety that had been crippling my life. Through the practice of meditation and mindfulness I learned to appreciate the present moment instead of always thinking about the future.

Mindfulness is a lifelong practice—one I continue to lean on when I feel lost or overwhelmed. Through my journey, I’ve noticed that I’m not only more present, but I’m more intentional with my words, my actions, and my reactions to difficult situations.

 
 

I have put my heart and soul into this mindful living course, and have broken it down into two separate offerings, ensuring you have options that fit your schedule. In this course, you’ll explore the practices of mindfulness, meditation, and breathing techniques.

I believe there isn’t a one size fits all approach to manage stress and anxiety. I think as an individual you have to find what works for you. Through this journey, you’ll practice various ways to meditate, stay present, and breathe, and find the methods and practices that help you feel good in your body, mind, and soul.

Each week you’ll have access to PDF workbooks filled with mindfulness practices, video and audio recordings of breathing exercises and meditations, and journaling prompts to help you through your journey. You’ll also have the option to schedule LIVE sessions with me!

I know first hand that making time for yourself and committing to meditation and mindfulness can be challenging, which is why I’ve crafted this course to be flexible in its presentation. You can take it at your own pace and come back to the teachings whenever you feel like you need a reset. Once you sign up, you’ll have access to the course forever!
