Hello and Welcome, I’m Laurelle!
Hi there! My name is Laurelle, I am originally from Toronto, now happily settled in a cozy beach town in Portugal. I'm an Aquarius Sun, Scorpio Moon, and Pisces Rising.
I'm a yoga and meditation instructor, guiding students through various styles and levels. I'm also an astrologer, offering readings and courses. Recently, I've become an end-of-life doula, providing compassionate support during life's transitions.
Weekly Virtual Yoga
Weekly virtual yoga on:
Tuesdays at 8am ET / 1pm GMT+1
45 minute Vinyasa Flow
Thursdays at 12pm ET / 5pm GMT+1
45 minute Stretch + Release
Classes will be hosted once a week through zoom and will be recorded every single time for you to use at your own convenience.
These classes will be offered as an honoured pay-what-you-can, as my goal is to always make my classes accessible to the public. Payments keep these classes possible, so thank you in advance for paying what you can!

Intro to Astrology Course
An eight week interactive course that introduces you to the art of astrology. Throughout the course you’ll have the opportunity to meet likeminded individuals and confidently learn how to read a birth chart.
We will be using real life examples to better understand the language of astrology and learn from one another's past and present experiences. It’s a lovely way to be introduced to astrology and gain astrology friends, so you may continue to learn together in community!
