We fall into patterns that leave us moving through our daily routine with little awareness to what we are actually experiencing. This workshop lays the groundwork for living with intention.

We live in a society that moves fast—so fast that sometimes we miss what is right in front of us. My hope with this workshop is to highlight all those little details that remind you why you love to live. We have one life, we might as well start living in the here and now.
